If there is an issue with your order, contact Vercora with your order details and relevant photos where applicable. Each request is reviewed based on the circumstances of the order.

Vercora's Payment, Orders, Cancellations & Refunds Policy applies to paid orders. Full payment is required to confirm an order. Change-of-mind cancellations after we have committed or incurred non-recoverable costs are not automatically accepted. Faulty, defective, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods are handled in accordance with applicable Barbados consumer law.
